 FN_MHSAFWG()
 Get MHS list of affilitated workgroups

 Syntax
      FN_MhsAfWG() => aAffWGr
 Arguments
     None
 Returns
     <aUser> Array of affiliated workgroups at your MHS location
 Description
     Reading the MHS table file gives information on registered
     affiliated workgroups at your local MHS host.

     Only interesting for people who know about the  workgroup
     concept in Novell's MHS.
