fRandom()

         Generates an aleatory filename

    Syntax:

         fRandom() -> cFile

    Description:

         Returns an aleatory filename with .TMP extension

    Return:

         The name of the file.

    Example:

         ? fRandom ()           // "WEDKFGVD.TMP"
