         Returns the Pi number

    Syntax:

         NumPi() -> nNumber

    Description:

         Returns the Pi number, which can be very valuable is stadistic
         calcules and another areas of the mathematic and numeric analisis.

    Return:

         The Pi number.

    Example:

         NumPi()    //  3.141592
