         Detects if a EGA card exists

    Syntax:

         IsEGA() -> lEGA

    Description:

         Detects if a EGA card exists in the system and it returns a
         logic indicating the result.

    Return:

         .T. if it exists and .F. if not.

    Example:

         If IsEGA()
           ? "There's a EGA card"
         EndIf
