 There are a number of miscellaneous functions which have been categorized
 into the following groups:

     Bit Manipulation
     Database Manipulation
     Date
     Shadow Boxes
     System

 Bit Manipulation functions allow the programmer to access data at the bit
 level.  Included are bitwise functions, screen attribute functions and  an
 encryption function.

 Database Manipulation consists of a new command (NETUSE) and a number of
 functions to open, close and lookup information in DBFs.

 Date functions included are french versions of the CDOW() and CMONTH()
 functions.  Additionally there is the LongDate() function which returns a
 date expanded into an english or french expression suitable for use as report
 headers, etc.

 Shadow Boxes contain a function for drawing shadowed boxes (an extension of
 CA-Clipper's DISPBOX() function), a function for erasing the shadowed box and a
 a function to determine screen coordinates which are centered on the screen.

 System conatains a replacement for ALERT(), Windows (tm) cursor movement
 compatibility setting, SET MESSAGE utilities and a function for setting the
 default shadow flag.
