CombineAtt()
Combines foreground and background attributes.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Syntax:
CombineAtt( <cFAttribute>, <cBAttribute> ) --> <cNewAttribute>
Returns:
CombineAtt() will return an attribute byte which contains the
foreground attributes of <cFAttribute> and the background attributes
of <cBAttribute>.
