 GetPromptList()
 Get the current PromptList.

 Syntax:

     GetPromptList() --> <aPromptList>

 Returns:

     GetPromptList() always RETURNs the current active PromptList if one is
     active or an empty array if none is active.


 Files:  Library is CUACLIP.LIB.
