__KillRead()
 Check or set the killing of the current READ.

 Syntax:

     __KillRead( [<lKill>] ) --> <lKilled>

 Arguments:

     <lKill> is an optional logical indicating if the active READ is to be
     terminated.

 Returns:

     __KillRead() returns a logical indicating if the current READ has been
     terminated.

 Description:

     __KillRead() is to be used by functions within a READ to force
     termination of a current READ, or it may be used directly after a READ
     to query the READ system to see if a READ was killed via a BUTTON or
     other function.
