 When compiling programs written to take advantage of the CUA-Clip library
 the CUACLIP.CH include file must be used.  The #INCLUDE "CUACLIP.CH"
 statement must be included at the top of the source file.  In addition if
 any mouse calls are included in the file and the use of the mouse manifest
 constants are desired, the file MOUSE.CH must be included.
