You have to wait until the time delay door opens.

Stay around that area until it does, running quickly to avoid the traps.

Hint 7 of 12:

When it does open, run in and get the Oscuro key.

Hint 8 of 12:

Now you can open those other doors when you wish.

Go in and destroy those switches.

Get the Priest Porridge and Bazookas along the side of the room when you need
them.
