(BC40P1) Patch to Borland C++ Version 4.0

This patch updates BIVBX10.DLL to version 1.01, fixing a problem
encountered when running the Windows 3.1 debugging kernel while
debugging applications that use VBX controls.

To apply the patch, run the included Windows program UPDVBX.EXE, which
will locate the DLL using your DOS path.
