********************************************************************* Apple Tree Golf Course ********************************************************************* Apple Tree is one of Yakima's newest golfing experiences, the course began construction in the spring of 1990 and was completed in June of 1992. The course is located on the west side of Yakima, in an apple orchard. Apple Tree gained a high degree of notoriety, even before it's opening because of the famous to be par 3, 17th hole known as Apple Island. ********************************************************************* Acknowledgements ********************************************************************* I would like to thank the following people for objects used on the course.
