Changes since release 03

           - New DOCS!!!
           - Order by Credit Card Thru PsL (see CATALOG.TXT)
           - New BONUS program for registered users (see BONUS.TXT)


Changes since release 02

  RastPort - Removed PowerBasic XGF file creation
           - Added RAW output format
           - Added feature to convert files listed in a text file
           - Added feature to create resource files
           - In order to add the new features I had to re-write the main
             program


  Raster Clip - Added BMP format
              - Added RAW format
              - Added PAL format
              - Added script language
              - Added a cross-hair for clipping the screen
              - Added co-ordinates
              - Fixed bug in file requester (nothing major)

  - Revised the doc files to reflect the new changes
  - Started an update file
  - Installed a phone for voice tech support (416) 757-7944
