You will have two free uses of this program.  After
two uses, the program will require the registration
password.  The registration password will be sent to
you via CompuServe E-Mail once the program is
registered.  You can register either with CompuServe's
Shareware Registration service or by mailing a check
for $14.50 to Joshua J. Peters, ICM Software Works,
3611 North 28th Street, Superior, WI 54880.  (Use
of Shareware Registration online is recommended for
fastest registration.)  You will then receive the
program's password promptly.  Enter the password 
into the program when the program prompts you for it
after the second use.  You will only have to enter
the password once.

Do not delete the file "DONT_DEL.ICL".  If you do,
the two free uses will be removed.
