You are a biology teacher at McCammon, Idaho. Recently, you took your students on a field trip to the Snake River Birds of Prey Natural Conservation Area and the Bruneau Resource Area in western Idaho. While there, you had the opportunity to work with a great naturalist who helped you identify a couple of species that your students found. On your way back, you decided that you too could be a resource for your students as well as other people by getting to know the species around your area. As it happens, Caribou National Forest is close by, so you decide to start by getting to know the amphibian and reptile species that could occur on the Forest. Using the Digital Atlas of Idaho's wildlife, compile a list of amphibians and reptiles that could occur on the Forest. Identify any species that are known to occur on the Forest. |
