This doc describes the program PCX2CEL version 1.0, but I guess
you've already figured that out... :)
Well, I wrote the program for myself... I needed to convert
pictures to the .CEL format.. and do you know what? There
isn't any programs to do that! I searched the Internet for some
but, no... there were none to find! So, I decided to write one
myself, and I did. After that I decided to give this lame thing
to the rest of the world, maybe there's someone who needs a program
like this.. or, maybe not. If you want animated CEL files, mail me
and I MIGHT fix it. 

So this program is dedicated to us, who not own Autodesk Animator.
The program is lame, I have just included support for the Z-soft
PCX files to load.. if someone wants other file format support,
than email me and I'll fix it for ya.
Also, the CEL-header isn't fully correct.. all the coordinates
+ the file size isn't correct... but it doesn't matter. It works anyway,
as you don't use the header. I think. Oh.. and the file doesn't do ANY
error-checking... sorry but I'm lazy! ;) There's isn't much errors
to do.. just remember to:

 þ Give the program correct files ( no extensions, on legal drives )
 þ Store the three files (pcx2cel.exe, pcx2cel.dat, pcx2cel.fnt)in the
   same directory, and start the program IN this directory.
   DO NOT PATH IT!!! (It won't start). I'll fix this if anyone wants,
   mail me. :)

If you can't use the program (ohhh... you must be REALLY stupid) then
e-mail me!
