Call Waiting
~~~~~~~~~~~~
To Turn Call Waiting On lift reciever type in the following buttons:
* 43 # Then Hang Up.
To Turn Call Waiting Off lift reciever and type the following buttons:
# 43 # Then Hang Up.
 
To answer a call coming in while already talking to someone:
You will hear two short "BIPS" every 5 seconds which means there is
another call coming in. To answer this call use the following buttons:
RECALL 2. To Alternate Between calls RECALL 2. To release one call and
hold the other RECALL 2 till you hear the person you want to release
then RECALL 1.
 
Third Party Enquiry/Conference
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To create a third party in a existing call hit RECALL and then the
persons phone number. Alternating between the calls is done by RECALL 2
as above and to confrenece all three people you do RECALL 3. To release
one caller and retain the other hit RECALL 2 till you get the person you
want to hang up and then do RECALL 1.
 
Call Control

To activate facility and restrict access to phone type in the following
sequence:
 
Lift reciever then * 33 Call Control Code # then hang up.
To deactivate facility facility and restore normal access to phone:
Lift reciever then # 33 Call Control Code # then hang up.
 
Call Diversion
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To activate facility type in the following sequence into your touchfone:
Lift reciever * 21 Number to which calls are to be diverted # then
hang up.
To check your calls are being diverted:
Dial your OWN number and see if you get a ringing tone.
To deactivate facility:
Lift reciever # 21 # then hang up.
NB: Calls Can only be diverted to a restricted area.

Call Diversion On Busy
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To activate facility:
Lift reciever * 24 Number to which calls are to be diverted to # hang
up.
To check for diversion dial number and see if it rings.
To deactivate facility:
lift reciever # 24 # then hang up.
 
Call Diversion On No Answer
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To activate facility:
Lift reciever * 61 # then hang up.
To chech for diversion lift reciever * # 61 # listen for tone.
To deactivate facility:
Lift handset # 61 # hang Up.
 
Delayed Hotline
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
To program a hotline number:
Lift handset * 53 Hotline Number # hang up.
To deactivate facility:
Lift Reciever # 53 # then hang up.
 
To Get Easycall Connected
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ring your nearest Telecom business office and they will tell you if it
is available at your telephone exchange and connect if requested.
Most new areas/exchanges allow easycall, as exchanges are currently
being swapped over to the new microprocessor based systems.
