Abstract
This document describes procedures for financial items such as authorities and responsibilities and running expenses.
1 Who can buy things?
All expenditures has to be approved by either Young Fogelström or Björn Pettersson. With the approval everyone can buy the items agreed upon.
2 Correct procedure
- When someone sees the need for buying anything, he or she contact Björn or Young for an approval.
- The person then return a detailed receipt to the contact person he or she got the approval from.
- He or she will receive the money immediately.
3 Hazardous procedure
- When someone sees the need for buying anything and can not find Björn or Young in time.
- The person uses his own money.
- The person then return a detailed receipt to Björn or Young.
- An explanation for why the person had to take an "instant" action.
- Björn or Young will then either approve or deny the expenditure.
- Hopefully the person will get the money returned.
4 Expenses without receipts
4.1 Using your own car
The purpose for the trip has to be reported and approved just as with ordinary expenditures. The compensation is 13 kronor/10 kilometres.
4.2 Lost receipts
No money can be returned without a proper receipt.
