2. Objectives of the the CTSC

The objectives of the Association are to serve official and semi-official institutions, movements, associations, foundations, societies or other entities having similar social, humanitarian, educational, scientific, professional, cultural and/or international aims, by studying, promoting and creating community teleservice centres, for the development of telephone and telematic services in the developing regions and countries of the world.

The Association fulfils these objectives, in particular, a) through studies and research applied to the developing countries for the establishment of teleservices suited to local conditions and needs;

b) through the development and provision of training programmes for the operation and management of the said teleservice centres;

c) through the conduct of studies on the contribution of the said teleservice centres to the social, economic and administrative development of the region (country) concerned.
