Howdy, I just thought you should know that the movies in this folder were done by me (I wish I had someone else to blame, but I don't) using Connectix QuickCam digital video camera. As you'll see, it doesn't produce the same quality movies as, say, digitizing video from a VCR or camcorder, but the camera's less than a hundred bucks, and I'm sure it will improve with time. Most computer things do. The jerkiness/bluriness is my fault. I don't own a tripod, and I held the camera in my coffee-jittery hand. I'm sure my video skills will get better with time, too. The movie named Doppler features my cat. It wasn't supposed to, but that's the pushy kind of animal she is. It's silent (no sound at all) because you don't want to hear what I was saying to her anyhow. Trust me. The other movie, My World, is the nickel tour of my office. Any similarity between this mess and an actual, living mess, are purely accidental. You can use the EZPlay movie player, included on the CD, to view these movies if you care to. The instructions for installing and using EZPlay are in Chapter 28.
