There is this thin piece of Grass, what should I do with it.

I wouldn't do it right away, you should explore a bit longer.

Go right a bit 'till you see rocks in a stair fashion, climb these
and explore up there a bit.

After you finish though, jump up and down on the grass until it gives away.
