Make sure you have the cable from the oxium room, and some pliers.

Some rubber gloves would be helpful as well. (Check Spector).

Hint 3 of 10:

Now enter the tunnels south of the oxium room.

Hint 4 of 10:

Travel east, then south and west to a 4-way branch. Go south.

Hint 5 of 10:

At the end of this tunnel are stairs leading to the above ground plant.

Hint 6 of 10:

Take them.

Hint 7 of 10:

Once above ground, you see lots of charged, broken cables!

Hint 8 of 10:

Protect your hands, and get to work.

Hint 9 of 10:

Ready the rubber gloves, and U)se the pliers on the cable TO the tower.
