We the undersigned do hereby declare that until and unless this petition is passed as a Federal Law, superceding all other Federal Law, and with all intentions intact in law, We The People, will continue to fight for more REAL DEMOCRACY in America!

Be it resolved that as of the effective date of this law, Jan. 1, 1995, anyone who wishes to carry a gun or weapon of lethal consequence, must apply for a permit to carry such weapon from the FBI.  No permits to carry a gun will be issued to anyone who cannot demonstrate that he or she is an active member of a police organization, in a city, county or state within the United States.  Anyone caught with a gun or rifle or lethal weapon after the effective date of this law, and upon conviction of carrying such weapon without a permit, concealed or not, shall receive a mandatory sentence of Life in Prison without possibility of parole.
