Cheats, Hacks, and Hints

Most of the files in this CD-ROM are text files that can be
read with any text editor, such as EDIT in DOS, File 
Manager in Windows 3.1 or Explorer in Windows 95.

The \GAME subdirectory contains these text files and some
programs.  They are organized by the name of the commercial
game.  

The \MORE subdirectory contains text files and programs that
cover more than one game.

ALWAYS WORK WITH A COPY OF THE GAME, NEVER APPLY A PATCH
TO YOUR ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.

Some of the programs require you to copy them to the
game directory as it exists on your hard drive.  If any
modification fails to work with your computer configuration,
you can erase the modified files and go back to using
the backup of your game.

A number of the folders have hint graphics in formats such 
as Windows Paint (PCX) and GIF. 

As a special bonus, we have included a huge assortment of
DOOM II add-on levels in the /DOOM2 subdirectory.
