If you qualify, the 50% grant program may match your cost of improvements dollar-for-dollar for up to $5,000

Your landlord may qualify for a loan as low as 3% (with closing costs and requirements, unsecured up to $20,000). You can combine this loan with non-energy home improvments.

Option B: ENERGY STAR® Loan

Your landlord may qualify for a loan as low as 6% (unsecured with no closing costs, you can select a term of 3, 5, 7 or 10 years).
