NYSERDA Assisted Home Performance (AHP)

Available Incentive: up to $10,000
Landlords may qualify for a 50% subsidy of the cost of energy improvements up to $5,000 (1 unit) or $10,000 (2-4 units) in units with income-eligible tenants. The landlord signs up and you send your information to the agency.
