Ingredients |

General
: salt
and pepper 175g (6oz) pasta
shapes, cooked 'al dente' and drained 4 tablespoons finely
chopped fresh herbs,
such as thyme, lovage, chives, marjoram, chervil or parsley 150
ml (� pint) Green Goddess dressing 2 small leeks,
cooked 75g (3oz) small button
mushrooms, quartered 175g (6 oz) peeled shrimps
To
garnish : nasturtium
flowers

Instructions |

Slice the leeks
and chop them. Add them to the mushrooms and shrimps and mix
everything with the drained pasta while it is still
warm.
Toss in the herbs, and pour over the
dressing. Mix thoroughly, check the seasoning and leave to
marinate for several hours before eating.
Serve
decorated with nasturtium flowers.
