Type of fund

A specialist equity unit trust aimed at the growing market for pension provision through unit trusts. The trust is structured according to requirements applicable to retirement and other managed funds.

It has a balanced portfolio consisting of up to 15% property and property trust shares, up to 15% capital and money market instruments and the balance in a well-spread selection of ordinary shares.

This composition makes the trust an ideal investment vehicle for smaller company's pension fund monies or for individuals seeking a balanced exposure to property investment.
