Founded in 1969, GuardBank Management Corporation Limited manages the GuardBank unit trust funds. The company is jointly owned by the First National Bank and Liberty Life Groups.

This means that GuardBank can call on the expertise and resources of these two financial giants.

GuardBank invests your money in the unit trust fund of your choice and performs all the administrative functions necessary, such as sending you regular statements, paying you interest and dividends and answering your queries. It controls a vast network of authorised dealers and provides training for them.

It is important to note that GuardBank does nothing else. It does not sell insurance or any other investment, nor does it act as a bank. It focuses entirely on the unit trust business. It has done this for over a quarter of a century.
