Matters Concerning Visas of Foreign Students

Foreign students should take ordinary passports and X visa or F via to register in school. For students in China more than six months, they can apply for X visa with Visa Application Form for foreign students in China (Form JW201 or JW202), the Matriculation Notice from the school and Foreigner Physical Examination Record. For students in China less than six months, they can apply for F visa with Visa Application Form for foreign students in China (Form JW201 or JW202), the Matriculation Notice from the school from the Chinese visa offices abroad. For short-term foreign students in groups, they can apply for F Group Visa with the Invitation Letter from authorized organizations.        Family members of foreign students can apply for visa to China with their invitation letter from the school. After arriving in China, foreign students must go to the sanitation and quarantine departments to confirm their Foreigner Physical Examination Record within the regulated time. For foreigners without Foreign Physical Examination Record, they have to make physical examination in local sanitation and quarantine departments. For foreigners with diseases forbidden from entering China according to Chinese law, they should go back to their countries instantly at their own expenses.
