Fill in the Application Form; Fill in the Foreigner Physical Examination Record printed by the Ministry of Health; Degree Certificate and Score Record; Recommendation letters from two vice professors or persons with above titles for students applying for doctor or master graduate study in China.
       For self-expense foreign students, they should provide the Consigner for affairs in China and financial guarantee besides the above said materials. All materials must be in English or Chinese or in other languages with a translation version. The relevant forms can be acquired from China's embassies abroad or relevant universities in China.
