In order to develop the minority education course, the government of China has adopted a series of special policies and measures. These policies and measures include: to establish democratic education management organizations; to endow and respect the right of developing minority education independently in minority areas; to attach importance on the Chinese teaching, bilingual teaching in minority areas; to strengthen the textbook construction of minority education; to strengthen the construction of teacher team in minority areas; to give special economic favor to the minority areas; to establish various minority schools and employ the directional recruit method to cultivate talents for the minority areas according to the reality there; to give appropriate favor to minority students in recruitment and life; to organize the developed districts to give support to the development of minority areas.
