The instruction committee of national higher education self-study examination is the leading organization of national higher education self-study examination work. It is responsible for the national higher education self-study examination work under the lead of the Ministry of Education. The national examination committee consists of principles of education, planning, finance, and labor personnel departments of the State Council, principles of the army and relevant people groups, presidents, experts and scholars of universities and colleges.
