           Small amounts white & yellow
      1    Polyfil stuffing
      1    Strawberry oil (optional)
    3/4    Inch plastic ring
      1    Yarn needle
      1    Size f crochet hook

  finished length is 24" with seven strawberries looks real nice in a
basket
  directions: strawberry (make 7)
  rnd 1:using red yarn, ch2, 6sc in 2nd ch from hook. do not join
rnds;mark
  beg of each rnd (6sc)
  rnd 2: *work 2sc in next sc, 1sc in next sc. rep from * around (9 sc)
  rnd 3: sc around
  rnd 4: *work 2sc in next sc, 1sc in next sc, rep from * around ending
with
  2sc in last sc (14 sc)
  rnd 5: rep rnd 3
  rnd 6: rep rnd 2(21 sc)
  rnds 7-9: rep rnd 3
  rnd 10: *work 1 sc in each of next 5sc, pull up a lp in each of next
2sc,
  work off as 1 sc (dec made), rep from * around (18 sc)
  rnd 11: *work sc in each of next 7sc, pull up a lp in each of next 2sc
and
  work off as 1sc. rep from * once (16 sc). stuff, add strawberry
scented
  oil.
  rnd 12: (pull up a lp in each of next 4 sc and work off as 1 sc) 4
times.
  join and fasten off

  seeds
  separate white 4 ply yarn strnds and using 2 strands make french knots
at
  random on strwaberries for seeds.

  hull (make 7)
  row 1:using green yarn, ch 9 sl st in 2nd ch from hook, 1 sc in each
of
  next 2ch, 1hdc in each of next 5 ch(8 sts)
  rep row 1 four times and join in first chain. fasten off yarn, leaving
a
  length for sewing to strawberry. using yarn nedle and matching color,
make
  a few sts across the top to close.

  leaves: (make 3)
  row 1: using green yarn, ch9, sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next
ch,
  hdc in next ch, 1dc in eachoff next 4dc, 4dc in last ch on opposite
side
  of foundationch, 1dc in each of next 4ch, hdc in next ch, sc in next
ch,
  sl st in last ch. fasten off and tuck ends under

  flower( make 2) for top of handle on basket
  using white yarn ch5. join w/sl st into ring. *work 1 sl st, 1 dc, 1
tr,
  1dc, 1sl st in ring (petal made).
  rep from * 4 times more. fasten off.

  finish
  cover plastic ring with sc, using green yarn.join, but do not cut
yarn.
  ch20, sc in top of strawberry. fasten off.
  join remiaining 6 strawberries in followig way:
  1. join green yarn in same sc as ch20 on ring, ch40, sc in top of next
  strawberry. fasten off
  2. join and end same as step 1, ch60
  3. join and end same as step 1, ch60
  4. join and end same as step 1, ch80
  5. join and end same as step 1, ch100
  6. join and end same as step 1, ch 110.
  sew 3 leaves together so they are joined at the wide bases wtih pints
  free. attach 2 flowers to 2 side leaves with yellow french knots in
each
  center. attach leaves and flowers to bottom of ring and hang.
