svoJPEG    2.3    JPEG svobject for superview library V6+

JPEG svobject for superview.library V6+.  Allows switching between 8
and 24 bit output via control pads, writes JPEG (24 Bit) from 1-8 and
24 bit, worked fine with all tested 24 bit JPEGs.
