Welcome to MyFonts...

After installing MyFonts, we recommend you take just a few short
minutes to quickly browse through the Help file before running the
program. It will be time well spent.

Instructions for installing this program:
----------------------------------------
This is probably the easiest program you will ever install in Windows.
There is just one file, Setup.exe, which you can put into any folder
you choose. How much easier can it get, right?

Now either double-click on Setup.exe or select it from the
Run Option (click Start, then Run from the Taskbar).

What the installation program does:
----------------------------------
MyFonts installs itself into a folder of your choice and
adds the correct menu selections to the Start menu,
including an un-install selection.

How to Un-install MyFonts:
-------------------------
It's easy: Simply select the "Uninstall MyFonts Now" option
           from the Start Menu.

Alternate: Click Start, then Settings, then Control Panel from the
Windows Taskbar. Double-click on the "Add/Remove Programs" icon.
Select "MyFonts Windows Font Manager" then click the
"Add/Remove" button.


How to start MyFonts:
--------------------
It's very easy: Click Start, then Programs, then select MyFonts.

History of Additions/Changes to Program:

Version 3.1:

1. Added a What's New button in Welcome screen.

2. When viewing fonts using the Grid you can click
   on any character to see its ASCII value.

3. Fixed not being able to remove an installed font
   if a Font Error message is displayed for that font.

4. Do not allow editing of Original Fonts FontPack.

5. Roll-up Button in Title Bar fixed. It would vanish
   under certain conditions.

6. Added option to show the Installed Fonts list in
   the font's own style or in a plain font.

7. Added clock. Why?  No special reason, really.

8. Added test to ensure FontPack size does not
   exceed Windows' capacity to install fonts.


Version 3.0:

Complete re-write of MyFonts. Older version took
30 seconds to load, this one runs in 4 seconds.
Made everything easier to access than before.
