To install screen saver: 

Copy file "3D Vivid Sparks.scr" to the Windows 
directory.

To  set  3D Vivid Sparks  screen  saver  as  a 
current click by right mouse button on Windows 
desktop and choose "Properties" menu option.

In the  Display Properties  dialog  box  go to 
the  Screen  Saver  property  sheet and choose 
"3D Vivid Sparks"  item  from  the  list  box, 
then press either OK or Apply button.

If you have  DirectX  installed on your PC you 
can choose  disared  display  mode from screen 
saver settings dialog.
