Owning a home computer is the most convenient way to surf the Net. If you don't have a computer, perhaps a friend, relative or neighbour will let you use theirs from time to time. It's worth asking around.

Cyber Cafés
Cyber Cafés are commercially-run cafés and bars that have Internet-connected computers available for hire. They'll charge you to use a computer, usually on an hourly rate. They are worth considering if you have no charge-free alternatives.
