Installation:

uncompress kastio-2.1.tar.Z
cd kaskade
tar xf ../kastio-2.1.tar
cd kastio
make -f Makefile2
kastio
do flaherty
timestepping
quit

Additional 3D:

make -f Makefile3
kastio3d
do gausskernel3
timestepping
quit
