An invalid CheckOut folder was specified. You cannot specify a root folder (e.g. C:\), and you must specify a drive letter (e.g. C:\CHECKOUT, not just CHECKOUT). The CheckOut folder cannot be the folder containing the open archive because all files in the CheckOut folder are deleted at the beginning of the CheckOut operation.
