This and all copies of the software are proprietary products 
of H&M Systems Software, Inc. and are protected under 
U.S. and international copyright law. Therefore you must treat 
the software and accompanying written materials like any other 
copyrighted material: you may not copy any portion of them, 
but you may transfer the software to a single hard disk, provided 
you keep the original disk(s) solely for backup or archival 
purposes.

Limited Warranty

H&M Systems Software, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser, 
for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase that 
the media in which the software is contained is free from defects 
in material and workmanship and that the computer software program 
shall operate substantially in accordance with the functional 
specifications in the user's manual.

Limitations

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, 
H&M SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, INC. MAKES NO WARRANTY, 
EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, CONCERNING THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING, 
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 
IN NO EVENT SHALL H&M SYSTEMS SOFTWARE, INC. 
BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, 
OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS RESULTING FROM USE OR 
POSSESSION OF THIS PRODUCT.

H&M System Software, Inc.'s cumulative liability to you or any 
other party for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, 
demands, or actions arising out of or relating to the use or 
possession of this product shall not exceed the license fee 
paid to H&M Systems Software, Inc. for the use of this product. 
SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OR 
LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE 
ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

To make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, please 
return the product to the point of purchase, along with proof 
of purchase, your name, return address, and a description of 
the defect or problem; or return the product to the following 
address within 90 days of purchase:

This agreement will be interpreted and controlled by the laws 
of the State of New Jersey; and the courts of that state will 
have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from this agreement.
