PARTY OF FIVE

Party of Five explores the lives of the Salinger family, comprised of five brothers and sisters who are determined to stay together following the tragic loss of their parents. The one-hour drama focuses on the way the children use creativity, humor and love to deal with the conflicts and demands of everyday life.

This engaging drama has garnered the praise of critics and viewers nationwide. USA Today, Newsweek and the New York Post declared it one of the best new shows. The program was also the winner of TV Guide's "Save Our Shows Viewers Poll," and was pledged "Qualified Support" for the 1994-95 season by Viewers For Quality Television. Executive producers and writers of last season's Thanksgiving episode earned a Humanitas Prize. In addition, the members of Viewers Voice have chosen the series as one of their top-five favorite hour-long shows and consider Scott Wolf their favorite actor in a drama series. For their portrayal of the Salinger family, the cast members have received an overwhelming amount of support from fans.
