GENA LEE NOLIN

[photo] Gena Lee Nolin (Neely Capshaw), a native of Duluth, Minnesota, moved to Las Vegas her senior year in high school. At the recommendation of friends, she entered and won the Miss Las Vegas contest. She quickly gained the attention of several modeling agencies, winning the Ford Agency and Elite Agency regional Look of the Year contests, and the Miss Barbizon USA national title.

After graduation, Gena headed to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career. In 1994, she saw an ad in the paper for The Price Is Right. At the cattle-call audition, she beat out hundreds of others and won a spot as one of the show's showcase models. "It's a great job. We work three days a week, filming two shows a day with a ten-day break every two weeks. It has allowed me time to continue with my studies and auditions."

Prior to joining the Baywatch lifeguard corps, she appeared on The Young and the Restless and in a commercial for Home Depot.

When not on the set, Gena enjoys gardening at her home in West Los Angeles, which she shares with her husband of two years, her cat Milo, and a cocker spaniel named Clifford.
