Surround Video error messages
Setup was unable to find Netscape Navigator on your computer
For some reason the Surround Video plug-in software was not able to find the Netscape Navigator 2.0 program. You need to go back to the Netscape home page and reinstall the program first. Then try this procedure again.

Not enough disk space to install the Surround Video plug-in
Free at least 100K of hard disk space first and try again.

Access denied
If you are installing the plug-in on a Windows NT machine and do not have the permission to write to the Netscape plugins directory, you will not be able to set up the plug-in. Change your permission level and try the plug-in setup again.

Unable to install the Surround Video plug-in
During the installation process, several things may occur. You may have a removable hard drive which has come out during the setup process. If so, check this hard drive. You may also have your hard drive configured in a manner that does not allow the plug-in to create or write to a target file, or create a temporary file. Check your settings, and restart the computer and try again.

Setup unable to read files
The setup was unable to decompress setup files or a removable hard drive was taken out during setup. Check your systems files or check the removable hard drive, restart your computer and try the setup again.
