NetBert is a program that sits on your taskbar, and reloads a web page daily. It was originally designed to reload the "Dilbert Zone" through Netscape every day and display it on the screen at 8 am, but it is now configurable and you can tell it what page you want reloaded and when.
NetBert requires Netscape, and if Netscape is already running, will load your web page in the last Netscape window used. If Netscape is not currently running, it will find Netscape and run it.
