This first suite of intelligent agent applications from Autonomy include the Web Researcher and the Press Agent. It runs under Windows 3.1 or Windows 95 and can use dial-up or direct Internet access. The Autonomy Web Researcher offers unattended intelligent information retrieval train an agent by giving it a sentence or two about the topic you're interested in, launch it onto the web and Autonomy's intelligent agent will scour the web looking for relevant documents to bring back to you. Or use the Press Agent application to build a personal custom newspaper by having your agent retrieve stories from daily news sites. Autonomy's intelligent agent technology will make the internet information retrieval faster and simpler.
