    Defines the standard Output file buffer.

    If <size> is 0, the Output file refers to CON: or TRM: (See $B.).

    If <size> is nonzero, the Output file refers to the MS-DOS standard
    output handle and the $D. directive applies to this type of file.

    This directive MUST appear at the start of the program.

          Range:    Entire program.
