  This function sets the value of an edit control contained within a
dialog box to a specified integer.

Parameters
  hDlg is the handle of the dialog box which contains the specified control.
  id is the identifier of the control that we want to query. (The id
   is not the same thing as the handle.)
  i is the integer to set the control text to.

Returns
  TRUE if the value was set, FALSE if not.
