BOOL pascal WinActivateSysMenu(HWND hWnd)

  This function activates the system menu associated with window hWnd.
This function should not need to be called from within an
application; the system menu should be invoked by the end-user by one
of the methods described above.

Parameters
  hWnd is the window whose system menu we should activate.

Returns
  TRUE if the menu was activated, FALSE if not.
