  This function displays a string at a specified position. If the
string is longer than 'len' characters, then only the first 'len'
characters will be displayed. If the string is shorter than 'len', the
rest of the positions will be cleared with blanks.

Parameters
  row and col will be the origin of the output.
  str is the null-terminated string to display.
  attr is the color attribute which will be used for the character.
  len is the number of character positions to display.

Returns
  Nothing.
